Drawing on traditional winemaking recipes passed down through generations of Tachen women, this distinctive wine is crafted using time-honored fermentation methods and infused with Hualien’s locally grown Golden Diamond pineapple. Its amber-hued liquid harmoniously balances the mellow, rich depth of aged rice wine with the pineapple’s natural sweet-and-tart notes, bringing together the essence of traditional craftsmanship and the vibrant aroma of local fruit in a wine that embodies the unique heritage of Tachen.
